Sale conditions


  1. 1. Sales conditions
Sales will take place when the Client has confirmed his/her order via the Internet page. Based on the Client's order an order confirmation will be sent to the Client's e-mail address that describes the goods ordered, the delivery deadline and other important conditions. After agreeing to these conditions the Client will pay for the goods by bank transfer based on the order confirmation by which the purchase and sales contract is considered to be entered into. The unpaid order is cancelled after five working days have passed, except if the Client expresses a wish to pay for the order later. No goods are handed out based on an unpaid order confirmation.

  1. 2. Airok OÜ price list
The prices of the products sold at the Airok OÜ online store are expressed in euros without the delivery cost but inclusive of VAT at 20%.

The transport cost depends on the size and weight of the goods ordered as well as the type of transport and is indicated on every product separately in euros.

The transport cost is calculated automatically provided that one order is meant for one target address. If the Client wants the goods to be delivered to different addresses, separate orders must be made or consignment addresses must be entered into the additional information section.

  1. 3. Shopping basket, placement of an order and payment for goods
The Client's shopping basket is created when the Client clicks on the link “Lisa ostukorvi” (“Add to shopping basket”).

The number, amount and characteristics of the products in the shopping basket can be changed.

The Client can pay for the products using the SEB or Swedbank Internet bank link.

  1. 4. Goods delivery and handover
After payment the delivery time indicated next to the product will become valid.

If the delivery time does not match the information indicated with the product or the delivery time indicated to the Client and it is apparent that the delivery of the product within the delivery deadline is not possible for reasons not related to Airok OÜ, Airok OÜ undertakes to notify the Client of the change of the delivery time by calling the contact phone number or writing to the e-mail address indicated in the order within 3 days after the information being received by Airok OÜ.

The courier will deliver the products to the address indicated by the Client at the time of completing the order or to the nearest parcel terminal. The goods are delivered to the front door of your house or apartment building. The Client is obligated to notify Airok OÜ of the change of the destination before the arrival of the delivery time.

Some delays and misunderstandings can be easily avoided if the information submitted by the Client while placing the order is correct and precise. Neither Airok OÜ not the courier company shall be liable for delivery delays or misunderstandings if such a delay or misunderstanding has been caused by incorrect or imprecise information submitted by the Client while placing the order.

The products are handed over by the courier to the Client based on a delivery note. Before accepting the goods and signing the delivery note, Airok OÜ recommends that the package of the product be examined. In the case of visible damage, Airok OÜ recommends that the goods not be accepted. By signing the delivery document the Client confirms that the package was intact as of the handover moment or (s)he is satisfied with the condition of the package (undamaged goods). A product in damaged packaging must be returned to the courier and the respective information be sent to the e-mail address kauplus@airok.eu

  1. 5. Order cancellation and return of goods
If the goods are not suitable or do not meet the Client's expectations, the Client is entitled to return the goods within 14 working days as of the receipt of the goods. The goods to be returned must be unused and in the original packaging. Money for the goods returned will be transferred to the Client's bank account within 30 working days as of the receipt of the goods by Airok OÜ and after the Client has submitted a respective application to the following e-mail address: kauplus@airok.eu . The costs of returning the goods will be incurred by Airok OÜ.

Airok OÜ will cover the return costs if the goods are damaged in a manner that could not have been detected by the exterior inspection and which were not caused by the opening of the package or if the goods do not conform to the products indicated in the Client's order.

If the returned product is damaged and the given situation is the result of inappropriate use of the product by the Client, reconstruction of the product, incorrect assembly or disassembly of the product or due to the circumstances resulting from the Client's carelessness, Airok OÜ will reserve itself the right not to accept it.
